TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: September 2026Script & Vision provides bespoke ghostwriting, narrative strategy, and editorial consulting services for founders, executives, and operators.1. Engagements & Scope
All client work is performed under a defined statement of work, sprint agreement, or advisory retainer outlining project scope, delivery schedules, and compensation.2. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for an engagement, all final written deliverables and intellectual property rights transfer entirely to the client. Script & Vision retains no claim or public attribution rights over ghostwritten assets unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.3. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery of feedback, interview access, and background context is essential to maintain delivery schedules. Delays in client review may adjust agreed sprint timelines.4. Applicable Law

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: September 2026Because Script & Vision provides bespoke professional advisory and reserves dedicated production capacity for each engagement:• Sprint Retainers & Deposits: Upfront retainers and initial project deposits are non-refundable once strategy briefing sessions or drafting work has commenced.
• Agreement Cancellations: Ongoing monthly retainers or recurring advisory agreements may be concluded by either party with 14 days' written notice before the subsequent billing cycle begins.
• Revisions: Deliverables include revision rounds specified in the engagement agreement to ensure final narrative quality meets expectations.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
